How is econoMES priced?
econoMES is priced annually based on your plant size, the modules you select, and number of users. There is no fixed list price — every plant's setup is different. Email ram@elucide.in for a tailored quote.
How is Smart Plant Consultancy priced?
Consultancy is scoped and quoted per engagement following a direct discussion about your plant, timeline, and requirements. It is not sold online and is invoiced separately from any software products.
Can I use econoMES without Consultancy, or vice versa?
Yes. Each is independent. Many customers start with Consultancy for a new plant build and adopt econoMES once operations begin — but you can engage either one on its own.
Do prices include VAT or GST?
No. Quoted prices are exclusive of VAT/GST. Applicable tax is calculated separately based on your billing location and added to your invoice.
What happens when my econoMES subscription expires?
Your access is suspended until renewal. Your operational data remains intact — nothing is deleted. Renew at any time to restore full access.
Can I get a refund?
Refund terms for econoMES are set out in your service agreement at the time of purchase. See our full Refund Policy for general terms.
How do I get a quote for econoMES or Consultancy?
Email ram@elucide.in with your plant type, approximate size, and what you're interested in. We'll respond within 2 business days with a tailored proposal.
Will prices change in future?
Existing subscribers are protected from price changes during their current annual period. If pricing changes, we give 30 days advance notice before it takes effect at renewal. See our Terms of Service.
